The founder and Partner of LUCOM proves horizontal competency with his studies in business administration and mechanical engineering at universities in Vienna/Austria, Michigan and Colorado/USA. After focusing on a humanistic and music oriented education in high school. Whatever the challenge was – getting better is the utmost intrinsic motivation for gernot.

Gernot believes in languages as key to culture and human. That’s why he is fluent in many Roman and Germanic as well as basic in Slavonian languages. If he was 15 years younger he would have learned Mandarin.
Gernot started his career in one of Austria’s most renowned companies in automotive services where he got in contact with the CEO’s agenda very early in time. This experience brought him into top management consulting of a world’s top 5 company with European origins. He got the opportunity to lead various complex projects with global reach and divers teams.
This is how he grew into training and coaching of people – first in the company he worked for and finally as entrepreneur in his own company.
Today he is specialized in structure communication – which he uses to train and coach top executives, project managers and all employees responsible to communicate effectively in in most industries globally. Aside of this, he is a moderator for workshops and big scale events and specialized in conducting leadership dialogues.
