LUCOM means Communication.

Our goal at LUCOM is to make our clients aware of communication on all levels: Explicit and implicit, verbal and non-verbal. This is, what we offer to you as your advisor, trainer or coach.
Our specialty is structure communication. To empower our clients to gain trust and self confidence through clear and effective communication; that works!
Proven by previous work as executive, top management consultant and trainer in various areas.

Walk the talk – talk the walk. In its full consequence. Means to plan and understand our actions’ implications before we talk – and involve (convince/inform) relevant stake holders before taking action; no matter if strategically or operationally. This way we neither appear as somebody talking hot air – nor as an unguided missile with unforeseen behavior.
That’s how we – at LUCOM understand our professional approach.
With a pyramid approach we empower you to structure you thoughts in a way that your opposite(s) will be able to gain overview and understanding; to follow your story line, supported by your story telling abilities and find mutual agreement. We do this by structuring thoughts in a cascade like format that helps you to keep your logic from top to bottom, provided just as much of details needed and yet retain the flexibility to communicate according your stake holders’ needs.
You as the communicator will be able to answer the ‘WHAT’ followed by a clear line of argumentation of ‘WHY’ and/or ‘HOW’ depending on attitude, background and core concern of your vis-à-vis.
If we manage to follow these basic principles we will be perceived as solid and trustworthy; somebody as an ideal: To do what one says – and so say what one does!

Clear focus with smart link-ups.

Advisory – training and coaching. All disciplines have a clear focus and background. And yet – at LUCOM we are convinced that a link-up of these competencies sums up to an even better result. We believe that a advisor is an even better advisor if training and coaching background is provided.
Just as a trainer can exceed clients’ expectations even more, understanding how to coach and provide sufficient (operational and functional) background.
And a coach – based on all our experience, is more successful if quickly understanding and interact based on the coachee’s language.

This – well known – sentence from Paul Watzlawick sums up all the understanding and approach we live at LUCOM. With Paul Watzlawick being gernot’s grand uncle, there is some of this anchored in his DNS.
Whatever we say, do – do not say of show; why, where, how, with whom and finally not: All of this is communication, perceived by others. Consciously and sub consciously.
Providing these insights – living this as a basic principle will help our global clients to grow and gain more and more awareness every day.
